Katherine Crouch Garden Design 

In 1999 Katherine entered and won the first BBC Gardener of the Year competition, and the following year the queue on the garden Open Day went round the block.  Clients were now demanding her services.  Katherine set up Katherine Crouch Garden Design in early 2000 and has been designing gardens all over the South West and further afield ever since.

Proving it wasn’t just a fluke the first-time round, she won BBC Gardener of the Decade in 2008 and the fun of developing gardens continues as she also won a Gold medal at Chelsea Flower Show for a design for Kings Seeds 125th anniversary.

Projects range from small to extensive private gardens and has included commercial work for local town councils and businesses.  The search to commsion a design for a Barbadian garden continues…

Unique Projects Devon:

Unique Projects Devon have a passion for detail and developing a designer and a client's ideas and brief into a reality. We specialise principally in bespoke landscaping, but often become involved in many other aspects and projects where our sympathetic approach and attention to detail are key. 

Whilst we are based in Devon we have spent years working across the South, London, Essex & Hampshire.  We have enjoyed some truly and seemingly impossible challenges, like restoring a yacht to be a children’s garden bolthole, putting a ‘country estate’ atop a department store and even turning a commercial barge into a floating meadow for the Queen.  Suffice to say we enjoy a challenge and don’t believe that ‘it can’t be done’.  

Whether a domestic garden or a commercial space, we apply the same ethos and level of service to make what began as a concept, a reality.
