Making The Office A Part Of The Garden

Russell's client wanted their garden landscaped so as to soften the appearance of their lovely new garden office. They also wanted their outdoor space to feel as though it were part of the surrounding coppiced woodland.

This is a newbuild property with neighbours close by, Russell's clients wanted their new garden to preserve their privacy as well as being an inviting and restful space.

Challenge
A Blank Canvas

Being a newbuild, the garden was a relative blank canvas which meant that the only existing feature to really worry about was the garden office. The office in itself is a well-built and attractive structure which was somewhat dominant in the space.

With clever and imaginative garden design, the garden office no longer dominates yet remains an important part of the layout.
