Brief
Beautifully Designed Garden

John Mellor from Manor Prestige Landscapes was approached by the client to build a garden designed by the talented Michael McGarr.
The garden consisted of mainly hard landscaping using a range of different materials to create a driveway, patio area, chunky pergola, raised beds and an impressive outdoor fireplace, elegantly clad with natural stone paddle stones.

Challenge
Clay Pavers and Communications

With plenty of access to the site and (mostly) good weather, the landscaping on this site was quite straightforward. The team from Manor Prestige Landscapes are experienced hard landscapers and work well together. There were a few challenges when laying the clay pavers for the terraced area. The finished work looks beautiful but John says there was a lot of tolerance within the product. He also mentioned that liaising between client and designer was sometimes quite time-consuming.

Solution

The quality of the design and the workmanship cannot be faulted on this project. From the porcelain clad planters to that amazing paddle stone fireplace, the entire garden exudes originality, style and class. This is one piece of landscaping that will look good for many years to come.
