Indoor Outdoor Living With A High Level Of Luxury

Simon's clients had always dreamed of having a swim spa in their own back garden. But when they met Simon and saw the project developing, they extended their brief to include an outdoor kitchen and secluded seating area.

The garden has evolved to enable an indoor outdoor lifestyle.

Challenge
Neighbourly Disputes Delayed The Build

The homeowners were excited by their garden plans and looking forward to completion. Their neighbours, however, were less enthusiastic. Despite the project having full planning permission before work began, progress was temporarily halted part way through due to complaints. Fortunately, the dispute was eventually resolved, however, there were inevitable delays.

Other than neighbourly disputes there were no problems during the build. It was however a challenge to build thegarden to Simon's exacting standards. The levels needed to be millimetre perfect, there were to be no cuts in the paving and every element of the crafstmanship was to be on point - no room for mistakes!

What can we say about this project? It's awesome! Simon and his team deserve an award for the level of detailing. It's little wonder that the clients absolutely love it.
