Front Garden In East Molesey

Pure Form Gardens' client had their back garden landscaped some years ago and were ready to bring the front garden up to the same standard. The back garden has clearly defined geometric lines, white rendered walls and a clear focal point. The clients wanted the front garden to be in keeping with this.

They had seen a front garden designed by Christine Wilford of GreenArden Design and very much admired her work. The only specifications from them was that there should be room to park one car, a wonderful view of planting from inside the house and for the garden to compliment their home when seen from the street.

Before John and his team started work on this garden it was characterised by crazy paving, a garden wall of questionable construction and a massively overgrown tree.

Once the arboriculturist had removed the tree and ground away the stump, the team were left with massive tree roots to unearth and dispose of before the hard landscaping could begin.

There was a difference in levels between this garden and the neighbouring one - it took a bit of thought to achieve gradients that work. Looking at the garden you'd never imagine that there had ever been a challenge with the levels. That's the mark of a good landscaper!
