Brief
To Bring The Design To Life

Top Essex garden designer, Karen Chamberlain worked with the client to design their dream garden. A restful space with lush planting and room to entertain friends and family. Paul Baker and the rest of the Holland Landscapes team have worked with Karen on several occasions and were pleased to be invited to build this garden.

Challenge
Clay Soils and Wet Weather - The Landscaper' Lament

Other than working through a particularly wet winter and contending with frost, rain and soggy soil, Paul reports that this garden was a joy to work on. Great design, good quality materials and clients who trusted the team to do a great job. What more could any landscaper want?
There was some unexpected issues with the existing on-site plumbing, but they were soon resolved.

Solution
APL Gold Award 2021

This is one project where the pictures speak for themselves! A high standard of workmanship combined with clever garden design and a generous build budget really has resulted in a dream garden. Understandably, the clients are delighted with their outside space and over the moon to discover that it's an award winner.
